Marcie Eberhart is the senior director of the American Eagle Outfitters Foundation and corporate social responsibility. In her role, Marcie oversees all aspects of charitable giving including foundation grants, national charity partnerships, mission based marketing and employee volunteerism for the $4 billion specialty retailer. Marcie works on the company’s greenhouse gas emissions reduction efforts and recently co-lead the project planning to secure American Eagle Outfitters’ commitment to go carbon neutral by 2030.
